What I collect, and what I do with it

CrownedWorks is a one-person studio in Wilmington, Delaware, run by me, Samuel Ouko. This page covers crownedworks.com, my business line at (302) 779-9248, and payments. I don’t sell your information, and I don’t use it for ads.

What I collect

• The free-sample form: your name, your email, the name of your spot, and the two answers you pick (what eats your time, and how big your team is).
• Calls to (302) 779-9248: Crown, my AI assistant, answers. Calls are recorded and transcribed so I get your details right. That means I have your phone number and what you said on the call.
• Payments: Stripe runs checkout for the Crown Drop and the Monthly Plate. I receive your name, your email, and what you bought. I never see your full card number.
• Booking a call: if you book through Calendly, Calendly collects what its booking form asks for and shares the booking with me.
• Site stats: Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count page views and how fast pages load. They don’t use cookies and don’t follow you to other websites.
• Fonts: this site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when a page loads.

How I use it

To reply to you, make your free sample, deliver work you paid for, and keep a simple record of who I’ve talked to. Nothing else.

Who else handles it

• Website hosting and the form: Vercel
• Where form entries and payment records are kept: Google (a private Google Sheet, plus a draft welcome email in my Gmail after you pay)
• Phone answering, recordings and transcripts: Vapi
• Payments: Stripe
• Scheduling: Calendly
• A heads-up to me when someone pays: Telegram (a private message with your name and email)

Once you click through to Stripe, Calendly or Instagram, their own privacy policies apply.

Seeing or correcting your information

Call or text (302) 779-9248, or DM @crownedworks.co on Instagram. I’ll tell you what I have about you and fix anything that’s wrong. If you’d rather not hear from me again, say so and I’ll stop.

Do Not Track

crownedworks.com doesn’t track you over time or across other websites, so a browser’s Do Not Track setting has nothing to switch off here. The site works the same either way. No other company collects information about your activity across websites through this site, apart from what Google’s own policy describes for Google Fonts.

Kids

This site is for restaurant owners. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this page

If I change this page in a way that matters, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top, so the date always tells you which version you’re reading.
